These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Truck Tech” (the “Seller”) and users of the online store trucktech.shop (the “Customer”).

2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions
Through the online store the Seller offers professional emulators and related products for distance selling. By clicking the “Place order” / “Complete order” button the Customer submits a binding order and declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in EUR and may be changed without prior notice. For orders already placed, the prices valid at the time of order confirmation apply.
- The following payment methods are accepted: Paysera, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (if available).
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped by courier to the address specified by the Customer.
- Sofia: 1–2 business days
- Bulgaria: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days (depending on country and carrier)
Shipping rates (in EUR):
- Bulgaria: 15.00 EUR for the first product + 2.99 EUR for each additional product in the same shipment.
- Europe: 30.00 EUR for the first product + 2.99 EUR for each additional product.
- Rest of the world: 35.00 EUR for the first product + 2.99 EUR for each additional product.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
The Customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the applicable legislation, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging;
- All accessories and documents are included;
- A proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is available.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty and support
- All products come with a 24‑month warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover incorrect installation, improper use or external damage.
- In case of a defect the Customer must contact us for instructions regarding diagnostics and return of the product.
- Technical support and consultation are available by e‑mail/phone.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our “Privacy Policy” and the applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Detailed information is available on the “Privacy Policy” page.
8. Limitation of liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation or improper use of the products, nor for temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions. The current version is available on the “Terms and Conditions” page and is effective from the moment of its publication.
10. Governing law and disputes
Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible, and failing that by the competent Bulgarian court.
